Ironbound SC Girls Program to Play in DPL

Ironbound Soccer Club is proud to announce that our Girls Program has officially joined the Development Player League (DPL)—marking a major milestone as our girls now compete on one of the highest national platforms for the first time in club history.

The Development Player League (DPL) was founded in 2017 with a mission to provide a competitive, player-focused environment that bridges the gap between regional play and the elite national stage. With member clubs across the country, the DPL is committed to high-level competition, college exposure, and player development, offering young female athletes a clear pathway to reach the top of the game.

Joining the DPL gives our ISC girls:

  • National-level competition against some of the top clubs in the country

  • Increased college recruiting exposure through showcase events and league matches

  • A defined pathway toward elite platforms like the Girls Academy (GA) and U.S. Youth National Teams

  • The chance to represent Ironbound SC on a national stage—a first for our girls program

This is a historic step that reflects the growth, dedication, and potential of our players, families, and coaching staff. We’re excited to open new doors for our girls and continue raising the standard for youth soccer in our community.
